Grab a napkin and head-on-down to the Lucas County Fairgrounds to enjoy the 27th annual Northwest Rib-Off. This popular summertime tradition gets fired-up in early August and promises everyone who attends a taste of pure hog-heaven…prepared by the best local and national grill masters. The Rib-Off is a great way to spend a summer afternoon or evening.

Besides eating ribs, the Rib-Off offers children’s activities and a slab of smokin’ good entertainment, provided by a number of the area’s best bands. Get ready to enjoy classic rock, the blues, some cool jazz and toe-tappin’ country favorites. Don’t be shy, when it comes to eating ribs at the Rib-Off, you’re meant to use your fingers. We promise to have plenty of wet naps on hand!
