How it all began…

The ones who follow you are your supportive team members, so don’t even worry about the rest.” From that small message three years ago, to today, WherestheCat.com has listed 46,944 EVENTS at 1249 Locations with 1.48 Million page views.

 

Who we are…

WherestheCat.com, TOLEDO’S CALENDAR, is a complete listing of Toledo Area EVENTS all on one calendar. Cat-“CAT”hryn Lambert and “Team Cat” collect all the EVENTS in the Greater Toledo Area and input them on Toledo’s Calendar, Wheresthecat.com. We gather info from newspapers, websites, emails, Facebook, EVENT signs, and the public clicking “ADD EVENT FREE” on the WherestheCat.com HOMEPAGE.

We are locally owned, locally operated and locally focused. We support Local Musicians, Artists, Businesses, City Chambers, Sports Teams, etc.. You can promote your EVENT by adding it to the Calendar. Adding EVENTS will always be FREE. WherestheCat.com offers a Locally Owned Restaurant page, which includes Restaurants as well as Coffee and Tea Shops, Wine Shops and Ice Cream Shoppes.

Promoting Charity EVENTS has become Cat’s Passion, listing them on the Calendar and promoting them on our HOMEPAGE. We go to charity EVENTS and bring Herman (Her.. Man), the WherestheCat.com mascot when suitable. WherestheCat.com has been a sponsor for many Charity Events on behalf of The Make a Wish Foundation, Project iAm, The Kidney Foundation of NWO, The Anne Grady Center, The Ellen Jackson Ovarian Cancer Fund, The Gretchen Gotthart Skeldon Fund, The Glass City Rollers, The Toledo Seagate Food Bank, Harbor House, Assistance Dogs of America, and the list is growing and growing.

Welcome to WheresTheCat.com - Greater Toledo's #1 Event Source

I have always made it my business to stay on top of what’s happening and to bring people together for good times. So, I decided to start a website that could do just that!

I found myself frustrated by the fact that there wasn’t a complete source I could go to that listed all the happenings out there. Wheresthecat.com is the answer to that! All of the hip happenings, all of the great events, all the time will be available at wheresthecat.com.

I am a passionate supporter of local bands and businesses, and want to help put Toledo back on the map. My site will help the local business owner advertise inexpensively and get the word out quickly about their events. This will, in turn, increase attendance to events, and help Toledo grow.

As I started inputting events, I was shocked to see that there were over 40 events on one Friday! Who says there’s nothing to do in Toledo?

So enjoy yourself, relax, forget your worries and let me be your guide to where it’s at!
